Lending Head for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Microfinance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide overall leadership and management to all SME and microfinance lending operations of the bank. To ensure the delivery of reliable, quality, and timely services to clients at least cost, in a secure and controlled environment whilst ensuring maximum outreach, sustainability and transformation and compliance with the regulatory policies and procedures.
Requirements:
? Develop and execute business strategies in Lending (covering all secured & unsecured lending products) to achieve goals
? Manage & optimize the overall lending portfolio of the bank
? Drive product development and innovation to meet/anticipate needs of customers
? Analyze the SME portfolio, credit risk methodology, staff skills and monitoring processes
? Develop management process, systems and structures specific for the SME and microfinance loan products
? Staff training in line with new credit risk management and procedures for SME loans and microfinance products including the development and introduction of credit scoring as part of the credit risk management generally for all SME loans.
Qualifications:
? Male or Female, 27- 35 years old
? Must be a graduate of any 4 year business related course.
? At least 5 years of working experience in leading savings/thrift banks for SME (small medium
enterprises)
? Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or
equivalent
? With strong leadership and management skills - Capable to manage a fast growing team (currently around 15 member staff)
? Willing to learn microfinance lending from scratch including undergoing trainings
? Willing to be assigned in Sabang Peurto Galera, Oriental Mindoro and later on in Batangas to oversee the overall lending operations (microfinance and SME) of the Bank
Must be available to start in 2-3 months time
